January 25, 2012
Clinical Financial Services (CFS), a specialty service provider focused on the business and financial management of clinical trials, has expanded its global presence, opening a new office in Edinburgh, Scotland.
April Mulroney, CA, CPA, having most recently served as vice president of finance and accounting, has been appointed vice president of global tax, treasury and client services and is operating from the new location.
“CFS is excited about this international growth opportunity, for it not only allows us to provide more of the personal client service for which we are known, but it is also aligned with our goal to transform the business of clinical trials,” said Greg Seminack, president and managing partner.
CFS is currently making grant payments on behalf of sponsors and CROs through its global payment network in over 25 countries on five continents. Through its integrated systems and banking partner, Wells Fargo, CFS manages cash settlements in local currency and provides remittance advices in local language 24/7 via its advanced technology platform.
