Marken continues their expansion of services in India by augmenting their existing Mumbai facility with four additional branches in New Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore.
The expansion will support the growing need for temperature controlled logistics of sensitive drugs and cold chain specimens within India. It will also support Marken’s clients rapidly increasing demand for supply chain management services of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Investigational Medical Products (IMPs) and Clinical Trial Specimens.
The expansion is part of Marken's stated plan to build the most advanced, fit for purpose clinical supply chain network to serve the pharmaceutical community. The new India offices build on Marken’s current clinical trial support services and enable the company to grow from its current life sciences logistics platform.
The expansion of our operations in India enables Marken to better support our clients’ need for regional expertise and temperature controlled supply chain services,” said Wes Wheeler, CEO, Marken. “We have seen steady growth and demand of our specimen logistics, drug distribution and API supply chain services in India.,/p>
