"I am delighted to have been selected as a finalist by Ernst & Young and to be honored along with fellow nominees,” Whitaker said. “As Greenphire grows and expands internationally, it is gratifying to be recognized for our successes in transforming outdated processes in the clinical trials industry. It would not have been possible without the tireless work of all the team members at Greenphire."

In five years he has built Greenphire from a two-person concept-driven start-up to an established player in the industry. The company now employs approximately 50 people on two continents.
