San Francisco-based goBalto has announced a new Customer Success division, designed to nurture and expand customer relationships through consultative account management and ensure continuous customer enthusiasm.

Ken McFarlane joins the goBalto team as senior director of customer success. His more than 12 years of experience in the clinical trial and study startup space includes stints at CROs and global providers of clinical development solutions, including PPD, MDS Pharma and RPS, as well as working directly as a sponsor global project manager. At goBalto he will be charged with increasing and cultivating study startup customer engagement.

Ashley Davidson is joining as director of customer success. With over 10 years in clinical research, most recently she was director, site start-up and regulatory at INC Research. Previously, she held positions at Worldwide Clinical Trials, Quintiles and Rho.

Jae Chung, founding CEO of goBalto, said, "goBalto has been working with numerous leading life science organizations to deploy our flagship platform, Tracker 2.0, across the globe. Our new Customer Success team is dedicated to ensuring our customers consistently achieve their goals."
