Ashfield has announced that Mary Anne Greenberg, previously president and chief executive officer of Alliance Healthcare Information, has accepted the role of regional president, North America for United Drug’s Ashfield Division.

Businesses under Greenberg’s leadership include Ashfield Commercial, Ashfield Medical Information, Drug Safety Alliance, SynopiaRx and Pharmexx Canada. These businesses provide a range of sales, marketing, medical information, pharmacovigilance and market access services to healthcare, biotech and device companies.  

Dan Piggott will take on Greenberg’s previous responsibilities and become chief executive officer of Ashfield Commercial and Ashfield Medical Information.

Greenberg has been president and chief executive officer of Ashfield’s call center for the last 14 years. Greenberg joined Ashfield in 2000, developing its service design strategy.
