Regeneron Pharmaceuticals has signed a nine-year lease expansion for 116,200 square feet at the Landmark at Eastview in Tarrytown, N.Y. Regeneron now leases more than 1.1 million square feet.

Owned and managed by BioMed Realty, The Landmark at Eastview is one of the largest multitenant science parks in New York. The research park is located 30 minutes from Manhattan in central Westchester County in the Saw Mill River Valley near the Hudson River.
