Sharp Clinical Services, part of UDG Healthcare, an international provider of healthcare services, has been shortlisted for two awards for the 2015 Powys Business Awards in the Growth Awards and Development in New Markets U.K. or Export Award categories.

Now in its seventh year, the Powys Business Awards are designed to showcase the extent of business talent and the quality of companies and individuals in Powys, Wales. Entrants must be able to demonstrate outstanding and sustainable performance in New markets (U.K. or Export).

The next stage of the competition includes a site visit from the judging panel to learn more about the individuals involved and their business and a film crew will attend to produce a short promotional video. The panel will review business plans and company literature along with speaking with different members of the team.

General Manager of Sharp Clinical Services U.K. Ian Morgan said, “We are very excited to be nominated in both the Growth and New Market categories. The criteria required entrants demonstrate significant development, as well as outstanding and sustainable performance within each category respectively. The shortlisting is testament to the hard work and dedication of the Sharp team. We expect strong competition from within each of the areas and are looking forward to the next stage of the process.”
