SBP launches website

September 28, 2015
CenterWatch Staff

A new website for SBP Digital Trust Consulting has launched as a resource for biopharmaceutical managers seeking guidance for a range of IT issues, including establishing secure global collaborations, improving workflows and meeting international regulatory IT requirements. The site lists a selection of prominent security, identity and access management (IAM) and technology consultants serving the biopharmaceutical and related industries.

Each of the individuals on the site has experience within the biopharmaceutical industry. Their expertise includes cyber-security, IAM system design and development, and IAM policy and compliance with U.S. and E.U. standards (NIST, ISO, ETSI, EC).

Among other services, they are available to consult in development of IAM system requirements, token, certificate and credential policies, and lifecycle management, conversion of Trial Master Files to electronic formats, and improving electronic laboratory notebook technologies.

SBP Digital Trust Consulting was recently established by SAFE-BioPharma Association, a global digital identity management and digital signature standard. SAFE-BioPharma is the major Trust Framework Provider in the drug development and healthcare industries. The SAFE-BioPharma Trust Framework is recognized by the U.S. government’s FPKI and FICAM programs, the FDA, the DEA, the EMA and the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
