Qlik, a Radnor, Pa.-based visual analytics provider, is integrating its mobile visual analytical applications with Veeva CRM Mobile for self-service data discovery and user-driven guided analytics as the newest initiative in its partnership with Veeva Systems, a cloud-based software provider for the global life sciences industry.

Via a free download from the App Store, Qlik for Veeva CRM Mobile provides visual analytics, reporting and dashboarding, and integrated mobile capabilities to users in an iOS native experience powered by Qlik’s associative engine, both online and offline.

“Grappling with an overwhelming amount of disparate information, the pharmaceutical industry struggles to get a complete picture of the customer to make the best decisions,” said Christopher Ferrara, market development director of global life sciences at Qlik. “Armed with complete, up-to-date customer data from Veeva CRM, and integration of the Qlik visual analytics platform, our customers have the ability to transform their data into actionable insights and do so with consistency—and speed. That’s why Qlik is now used by 20 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies worldwide, including many who integrate with Veeva.”

In the same way that Veeva CRM Mobile is an iOS native mobile application, Qlik also provides a “QlikView for iOS” mobile app that can be used to access guided analytical applications powered by Qlik’s associative engine. Qlik enhances the mobile experience by enabling users to visualize all of their customer data across an unlimited number of dimensions and analyze it in any direction against underlying data sources—right down to the transaction level and all from their mobile device. The QlikView for iOS app makes it simple to render Qlik applications to Veeva CRM Mobile users. Such applications integrate Veeva CRM data via a native data connector to provide an unparalleled view into the business’ key metrics.

In addition, Qlik’s Connector, Qlik for Veeva CRM takes the complexity out of CRM analyses to deliver unprecedented visibility into all of Veeva CRM data with ease. Qlik enables business users to visualize all of their customer interaction data in Veeva CRM across an unlimited number of dimensions. Qlik for Veeva CRM can easily be accessed within Veeva CRM as a custom tab or as embedded graphs, tables, and charts within other Veeva CRM tabs. Alternatively, Veeva CRM data can be integrated into a Qlik application via a native data connector to provide an unparalleled view into a business’ entire data set.
