Chiltern, a global CRO, has earned eight nominations in the PharmaTimes Clinical Researcher of the Year competition in the New Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Experienced CRA, Project Manager and Company Team categories.

“I could not be more proud of the effort our team has put forth to earn this many spots in the finals this year,” said CEO Jim Esinhart. “The results are a testament not only to the hard work and determination of our researchers, but also to Chiltern’s commitment to hiring and developing the best and the brightest talent in the industry.”

The PharmaTimes Clinical Researcher of the Year is a multistage competition that tests knowledge, aptitude and innovation with the goal of finding the top performing clinical researchers around the world. Finalists will compete in a case-based competition presentation in front of a panel of judges consisting of industry experts from biopharmaceutical companies, site management groups, CROs and other organizations involved in clinical research.

Chiltern finalists Jessica Norton and Forrest Raynor will compete in the New CRA category; Laura Goucher in Experienced CRA; and Erik Nicolai, Kathryn Weeks and Jennifer Woyna in Project Manager. Chiltern also has finalists from two separate clinical research teams competing in the Clinical Research Team category.

The finals and awards ceremony will be held April 17 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Atlanta in conjunction with the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) Meeting and Expo. Chiltern will be exhibiting at Booth 336 and sponsoring the CISCRP Medical Heroes 5K at ACRP. Visitors are encouraged to stop by the booth or schedule a meeting with the Chiltern team.
