ALTEN Calsoft Labs, a global provider of enterprise IT and product engineering, has acquired U.S.-based CRO services company PVR Technologies and its subsidiaries. ALTEN Calsoft Labs, a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, works with healthcare and life science companies in their strategic product engineering, IT and digital initiatives.    

PVR Technologies, founded in 2006, renders services to Fortune 500 clients  in the areas of biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device and clinical research. The core strength of the company is in the domain of biostatistics, SAS and R Programming and data management for pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO in U.S.
