Vention Medical adds new facility in Ireland

Vention Medical has opened an additional facility in Ireland to more closely collaborate with customers in the region and accelerate their development initiatives. The new facility will provide medical device design and development services and house Vention’s team of dedicated development professionals.

Located at the National University of Ireland’s Galway campus, the new space will leverage Vention’s precision extrusion and catheter manufacturing facility in Boyle, Ireland. Together, the facilities will offer customers a full range of products and services for leading-edge medical device development and manufacturing.

“Ireland has continued to evolve as one of the premier European hubs for medical device innovation,” said Vention CEO Dan Croteau. “We’re expanding our presence to offer our customers in Ireland and the broader EU more convenient, local access to our full range of services, from design and development through manufacturing and assembly.”
