eClinicalHealth adds board members Bill Louv and Jürgen Bauer
eClinicalHealth, an eClinical technology company offering Clinpal, a cloud based direct to patient research platform, added two new members—Bill Louv and Jürgen Bauer—to build more depth and experience to guide the company forward.

Bill Louv has joined the board of directors as a non-executive director from the 1st December 2016. Bill comes to the eClinicalHealth bringing over 30 years’ experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry. He brings to the board significant management experience as a member of GSK’s Corporate Executive Team, CIO and Head of Shared Services. Bill now advises a portfolio of next generation Bio-Technology companies assisting with technical oversight, product roadmaps and marketing strategy. As part of his board duties Bill is heading a technical oversight committee.
Jürgen Bauer has joined the board of directors as an investor director from the 26th January 2017. With over 25 years’ experience in management consulting services. He was co-founder of Lodestone Management Consultants and Partner in PwC, IBM and Infosys. Currently Jürgen is working as a member of a number of executive boards including NLS Pharma and Scantrust advising on strategy and growth. Jürgen’s executive management experience brings a depth of knowledge of corporate governance and business development which will be part of the foundation for growth within eClinicalhealth.
