SCORR Marketing adds three to team

SCORR Marketing, a global health science marketing and communications firm, announced the addition of three employees with health science marketing expertise, including Lea LaFerla, vice president of marketing services; Edlyn Tobias, marketing technology manager; and James Wang, associate director of business development.

With more than 20 years of pharmaceutical, drug development and medical device industry experience, LaFerla will supervise the global client services team across North America and Europe and will manage the integration of business development with client service. Prior to joining SCORR, she held a series of positions with Streck, including director of stabilization and flow products, director of marketing and product manager. She also has experience managing marketing and sales for products and services internationally.

As marketing technology manager, Tobias will continue to expand SCORR’s digital service capabilities, overseeing marketing automation, CRM, email marketing and performance metrics while building integrated digital strategies. Formerly, she was global marketing communications manager and global IT project manager for Eurofins Pharma Discovery Services.

Wang, associate director of business development, will help SCORR expand its client base, build new and existing relationships and generate revenue to grow the company across drug development services, biopharmaceutical and medical device markets. Wang formerly served as director of product development at AlphaMD LifeSciences and senior manager of client services at inVentiv Health.
