AMRI names Joseph D. Sangregorio SVP and chief human resources officer

AMRI, a global contract research, development and manufacturing organization working with the life sciences industry to improve patient outcomes and quality of life for more than 25 years, announced that Joseph D. Sangregorio has joined the company as senior vice president, chief human resources officer (CHRO), overseeing all HR management and human capital strategies at AMRI.

"Joe brings a wealth of experience and expertise to AMRI, including the right experience to help us develop and evolve our corporate culture during a time of rapid, continued growth," said William S. Marth, president and chief executive officer, AMRI. "I am confident that his impressive professional background, along with his experience in training, continuous improvement, and leadership development will help us to create a world-class employer of choice by instilling a culture of continuous learning and career development."

Sangregorio has more than 35 years of experience in human resources and brings extensive expertise related to talent management, domestic and international employment and labor law, coaching and mentoring, as well as experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across both public and private domestic and international organizations. Sangregorio comes to AMRI from Rank Group, where he has served as vice president and CHRO since 2011. Before Rank Group, he was vice president, chief human resources officer, Viad where he led the company's corporate global strategic human resources and labor relations initiatives.
