CRF Health adds Neil Conroy and Daniella Mulder to team

CRF Health, a global provider of patient-centered eSource technology and service solutions for the life sciences industry, has made two senior appointments to support the continuing growth of the global business. CRF Health will expand its operations team with the addition of Neil Conroy as VP of Business Transformation, and Daniella Mulder as VP of Client Relations. These positions will be central in expanding CRF Health's client services in the high-paced eCOA market.
Neil Conroy is a process improvement leader with over 20 years of multi-industry experience with Johnson & Johnson and Nissan. He has designed and led several organization-wide improvement programs in complex and challenging manufacturing and R&D environments. In his new role as VP of Business Transformation, Neil will apply his deep experience of Lean Thinking, Six Sigma and Change Management approaches which have led to sustained results in organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Daniella Mulder is a results-driven, operations, project management and business development leader with over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and manufacturing industries. In her new role at CRF Health as VP of Client Relations, Daniella will be responsible for driving high performance from cross functional and geographically disperse teams, utilizing her proven ability to influence positive change in organizations and to improve communication gates. Before joining CRF Health, Daniella held positions at Bracket and Clinical Ink. She was responsible for the successful delivery of Rater Training and Qualification, Scale Management, Data Surveillance and Risk Based Monitoring services using eSource Data Capture and Patient Engagement Clinical Trial solutions.
