Summary: Premature Infants

Children who were born prematurely are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Jacobi Medical Center.

Your infant may be eligible to participate in this study if he/she:

  • Is less than 6 months old
  • Was born prematurely at 32-35 weeks

Your child may not participate in this study if he/she:

  • Has been treated with palivizumab or RSV-IGIV
  • Is currently hospitalized
  • Has confirmed prior or current infection with RSV
