Summary: Phase II: At Least One Prior Treatment Randomized Open Label Comparison of Rituxan plus study drug to Rituxan Alone for Relapsed Follicular B-cell Lymphoma with at least 1 prior treatment.

Grade 1-3a, stages I-IV, radiation and prior rituxan allowed with 6mo. washout. No prior chemo for 4 weeks, nitrosourea for 6 weeks, and autologous transplant for 12 weeks. Platelets = 75,000. No CNS, CLL, small lymphocytic lymphoma. No transformation, core biopsy required to confirm
