Summary: Registry of subjects on Enbrel ® (etanercept) for Treatment of Psoriasis

Patients with moderate to severe Psoriasis with no previous treatment with Enbreal, Humeira, or any other anti TNF agents.

Patient Inclusion Criteria

• Age: 18 years old or above
• Patients with moderate to severe Psoriasis (Otherwise healthy)
• In or around Seattle, Washington

Patient Exclusion Criteria

• Previous use of Remicade, Enbrel or Humeira
• The patient is responsible for obtaining the medication with his or her own insurance.
