A Phase III Multi-centered, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of CNTO 1275 in the treatment of subjects with moderate to severe plaque-type psoriasis Condition

We are working with Centocor Research & Development, Inc. to conduct a clinical trial of an investigational medication for moderate to severe psoriasis. The medication is injected into the skin once every few months. The study design ensures that all patients receive active study drug during the study period. Participants may receive payment and there will be no charge for study-related office visits or medications.

Patient Inclusion Criteria

  • Plaque psoriasis which involves at least 10% of body surface area

Patient Exclusion Criteria

  • History of cancer (except basal cell skin cancer) History of severe asthma Current or upcoming pregnancy
