Summary: A clinical study evaluating the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of a study drug in subjects with advanced melanoma.

Pfizer, Inc. is conducting a clinical study to assess the anti-tumor efficacy as determined by the response rate, as well as the safety and tolerability of a study drug administered to subjects with advanced melanoma.

Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost. Procedures that are performed as part of your routine care will be billed to you or your insurance provider.

You may participate in this study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have advanced melanoma that is not surgically curable
  • Have adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function.
  • Have documented disease progression after the last dose of prior therapy

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Have had prior treatment on a clinical trial with the study drug
  • Have any serious uncontrolled medical disorder or infection, or inflammatory bowel disease
  • Have received prior vaccine therapy, or immunotherapy
  • Have a history of brain cancer or other types of cancers.
  • Have a history of hepatitis due to hepatitis B or C
  • Have a history of chronic inflammatory or autoimmune disease
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
