Summary: Do you have a loved one with Alzheimer's Disease?

If so, he or she could qualify to participate in a National Research Study.

To qualify, participants must:

• Have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease
• Be 55 years of age and older
• Have a consistent caregiver

Qualified participants will receive:

• Study-related medical care by a board-certified physician
• Study-related medication
• Transportation provided if needed
