Summary: Prostate Cancer - High Risk, Men Age 18 and Above, Infused Antibody Plus Hormone Therapy Prior to Prostatectomy, 4 Month Research Study
This study is designed to test the safety and efficacy of an
investigational infused monoclonal antibody plus hormone therapy in
men with high risk prostate cancer prior to prostatectomy
surgery.
Based on current prostate cancer status, the patient must
already be a candidate for prostatectomy surgery. The cost of the
surgery is not paid for as part of the research study.
The age range is 18 years and above.
The research study lasts up to 4 months. Based on initial
response, there may be an additional 3 month treatment period
available following surgery.
