Summary: Do You Have a History of Migraine Headaches and Heart Disease?
Researchers at the University of Kentucky in the Department of Neurology are conducting a research study to evaluate the safety of an investigational migraine drug. Participants must have a history of migraines with stable coronary heart disease.
You may qualify for this study if you:
- are 18 years of age and older;
- have stable coronary heart disease and
- have a history of moderate to severe migraines headaches, lasting 4 to 72 hours if left untreated.
Qualified participants will receive all study-related tests, medical care and study medication at no cost. You will also be compensated for time and travel to our office.
Dr. Tarvez Tucker is the research investigator for the study.
