Trial Information
Summary: A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter prospective dose-finding Phase II/III study with atacicept given subcutaneously to subjects having recently experienced a flare of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
The Lupus Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital is conducting a study of atacicept for the treatment of lupus. The research study is called the APRIL study. It is hoped that atacicept will stop lupus flares. You must be in a flare to enter this study.
