Summary: A Phase III Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of XXXX as Add-on o Psychostimultant Medication Alone in the Treatment of Children and Adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

• Between the ages of 6 – 17
• Diagnosed with ADHD
• Ability to swallow tablets

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

• History of seizures, except for a single episode of febrile seizure prior to age 2
• Use of any investigational drug with in 30 days of study start
• Female of child bearing potentials, pregnant or lactating
