Trial Information
Summary: Mild to Moderate Plaque-type Psoriasis
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of EF Calcipotriene Foam compared to another type of foam in subjects with plaque-type psoriasis.
Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.
To qualify, you must:
- Be at least 12 years old
- Have mild to moderate plaque-type psoriasis
You will not qualify if you:
- Are pregnant or breast-feeding
- Have a known allergy or other adverse reaction to calcipotriene or other vitamin D analogs
- Have used non-biologic systemic anti-psoriatic therapy (e.g., corticosteroids, PUVA, UVB, retinoids, methotrexate, cyclosporine, other immunosuppressive agents) or biologic therapy (e.g., alefacept, etanercept, efalizumab) within the last 4 weeks.
- Have participated in a clinical drug study within the last 4 weeks
