Summary: Psoriasis
The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of switching to the study drug after experiencing a sub-optimal response to prior systemic or photo therapies.
Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.
Patient Inclusion Criteria:
To qualify, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be diagnosed with chronic plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months
- Have had a sub-optimal response to treatment with prior systemic or photo therapies
- Be able to self-administer or has a qualified designee who can reliably administer injections.
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
You will not qualify if you:
- Are pregnant or breast-feeding
- Have been treated with systemic corticosteroids (oral or routes other than oral such as injections) 4 weeks prior to joining this study
- Have received any experimental drug or device within the last 30 days
- Have a history of moderate to severe congestive heart failure
