Summary: Best Adjustment Strategy for Asthma in the Long Term (BASALT)

Eligibility Criteria: Asthmatics on Asthma medications, 18 years and older.
Description: Do you have asthma? The Asthma Research Center at Brigham and Women's Hospital is recruiting asthmatics aged 18 and older who have had asthma for at least 6 months. The research study is 44 weeks long and involves 12 visits to the Asthma Research Center, and the compensation is up to $1,730. Study is designed to determine the best strategy for asthma in the long term by adjusting the dose of inhaled corticosteroid medication, which is commonly used for asthma.
