Trial Information
Summary: Constipation due to taking prescribed pain medications
Our clinic is conducting a research study to evaluate an
investigational treatment for Opiod Induced Constipation in men and
women with chronic, non-cancer related pain.
You may be able to participate if you are:
- At least 18 Years old
- Have a history of non-cancerous pain
- Currently taking an opiod pain medication
- Have constipation due to taking opiod pain medication
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients with a history of Infammatory nowel disease, irritable
bowel syndrome, or megacolon GI disorders are excluded.
