Trial Information

Summary: Obtaining Leukapheresed Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells from Mantle Cell Lymphoma Patients in Remission for Use in T Cell Program

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you have a history of mantle cell lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and you are, at present, in remission (no evidence of disease by standard clinical tests). The purpose of this study is to collect white blood cells (peripheral blood mononuclear cells or PBMCs) to be used for support of developmental and clinical research studies on T-cells as potential therapeutic agents. Your participation in this study is limited to the donation of white blood cells by a procedure called leukapheresis that takes about 3-4 hours. You may be asked for another donation every 6 months for as long as you are willing to participate.
