Trial Information

Summary: Research study of an investigational medication compared to placebo (an inactive substance) for the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

A phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group, 12-week trial to assess the efficacy and safety of PD 0332334 for the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Length of study: 12 weeks

Number of office visits: 9 for most subjects

At no cost, qualified participants receive study medication and study related services. In addition there is compensation of $75 per completed visit (up to $675.00) for participation in the study.

This study is only available to persons who:

  • Can fluently read and speak English
  • Are 18 to 65 years old
  • Are without serious health problems
  • Do not have certain conditions such as Major Depressive or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • Are not addicted to drugs or alcohol
  • Are not currently receiving psychotherapy
