Summary: Multicenter Evaluation of Breast Cancer Patients and Outcomes of Care within the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN)

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are a woman with breast cancer being treated at City of Hope (COH). The purpose of this study is to develop a shared database among National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) institutions to evaluate the patterns of breast cancer care and results in women being treated at the participating NCCN institutions. Your participation in this study is expected to last indefinitely, as information will be obtained from your medical records throughout your lifetime.
