Summary: Obtaining Leukapheresed Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells from Healthy Volunteer Donors for Use in T Cell Program
You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are a healthy, normal adult and you are able to donate white blood cells for research by undergoing a leukapheresis procedure. These research activities are focused on developing ways to grow immune cells outside the body. Following the leukapheresis procedure, your cells will be used to support the growth and expansion of genetically modified T cells derived from patients. Your participation in this study is limited to the donation of your white blood cells by the leukapheresis procedure that takes approximately 2-4 hours.
