Exodon began operating as a CRO in 1999 primarily specializing in Phase II dementia studies. Since this time, we have developed a unique platform serving all medical disciplines called the VALIDATE SystemŽ to solve patient recruitment problems and delays in clinical trials research.

We offer the industry's only solution to identifying pre-consented patients for participation in upcoming trials who match any given study's inclusion and exclusion criteria. These patients can be selected on-line from our de-identified medical records database prior to beginning the trial.

Investigators from around the globe participating in our VALIDATE SystemŽ network. In addition to the United States and Canada, we currently have participating sites in South America, Jamaica, India, China, the Phillipines, several countries in both Western and Eastern Europe. Sites join our network daily so our de-identified database of medical records from pre-consented patients is rapidly growing.

We serve two sets of customers. The sites who enroll in our network as they look to Exodon to deliver studies to them, and our second set of clients are the clinical research companies such as CROs, Study Sponsors, Patient Recruitment Companies, and others who need access to patients meeting their study criteria now or for upcoming trials. We also offer access to our VALIDATE SystemŽ de-identified database of medical records for clinical research companies for other purposes such as feasibility, archival, quasi-experimental and epidemiological studies as well as for any other purpose meeting our clients' needs.
