ABR's team has expertise in a variety of key therapeutic areas, including, but not limited to Infectious Disease, Cardiovascular, Endocrine/Metabolic, Allergy/Pulmonary, Central Nervous System, Dermatology, Sexual Dysfunction, Oncologic, and Immunologic Disorders.

• Clinical Trial Design & Monitoring (Phase I-IV) - clinical development plan and study protocol design, case report form design, clinical supplies management, pre-study evaluations and investigator selection, investigator/coordinator meetings, study initiation, monitoring and close-out site visits, project management, serious adverse event tracking and reporting.
• Inpatient and Outpatient Clinical Research Center - Phase I-IV clinical studies involving drugs, biologics, and selected medical devices are performed by our experienced medical and nursing staff. Phase I-II studies, including bioavailability/bioequivalence, first-in-man, dose escalation/safety and tolerability, drug-drug interaction, fed-fasted states, PK/PD, and special population studies are performed in a 36-bed inpatient facility. Phase II-IV studies are performed in a range of diseases with an emphasis on cardiovascular and metabolic disorders.
• Statistical and Data Management Services, including Oracle Clinical^SM and SAS^SM - database and data entry screen design, double key data entry and verification, data query resolution, customized data listings, adverse event and medication coding (MedDRA, COSTART, WHOART, WHO ATC) and legacy data conversion, using a fully validated computer system and applications.
• Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic Analysis & Modeling - stand alone or integrated toxicokinetic, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic consulting and analysis. Noncompartmental and compartmental modeling and population pharmacokinetic analysis using validated, industry-standard software applications.
• Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Strategy, Manuscript Preparation, and Medical Writing - regulatory strategic planning, integrated clinical study report preparation, IND and IDE submissions, NDA, BLA (PLA), 510(k), and PMA submissions, safety updates, quality assurance audits, preparation, of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, journal supplements, and product monographs.
