MEDTOX's analytical laboratory and central laboratory are located in our 50,000 sq ft. facilities in St. Paul, Minnesota. MEDTOX laboratories was founded in 1984 and is a subsidiary of MEDTOX Scientific, Inc. also headquartered in St. Paul, MN. MEDTOX Diagnostics is located in Burlington, North Carolina and manufactures point of care drug screen devices.

SERVICES

Central Laboratory Testing
Screening and ongoing testing of clinical trial subjects from all trial sites for hematology, chemistry, immunology, urinalysis, and specialty testing to provide safety screening and consistent reference ranges for testing performed throughout the study.

Bionanalytical Testing
Over 450 assays available for bioanalytical testing of samples from Pre-clinical through Phase IV trials. Custom assay development for those compounds without currently available analytical methods.

Diagnostic Drug Screening Device (PROFILEŽ / PROFILEŽ ER)
Rapid screening (less than 7 minutes) for drugs of abuse in clinical trials to eliminate costly enrollment of subjects who test positive.
