central laboratory and project management services to
Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies. We are a global

enabling us to meet our customers’ needs on a global basis. We have

Major Services
Our innovative research and development capabilities enable us
to transfer technologies to our laboratories as well as develop and
validate assays to meet the unique needs of a study protocol.
Nichols Institute, Quest Diagnostics’ center for esoteric testing
and innovation, provides our customers access to emerging
technologies and some of the leading laboratory professionals and
research clinicians in the world. Our laboratories have been
pioneers in developing tests in many therapeutic areas including
HIV, Hepatitis, and Diabetes. Quest Diagnostics Clinical Trials
offers highly specialized data management services designed to
track central laboratory data and report it in a format that is
useful in managing each protocol. In addition to providing fast,
customized reporting of lab results, we are focused on ensuring the
security of all information shared with our customers. As a result,
we have implemented secure email and are compliant with all
applicable confidentiality and data privacy regulations. Our newest
remote data access product, web-based Result\View™, offers
customers secure access to lab results data and customized,
on-demand reporting options. Our services also include:
