Connecticut Clinical Research Center (CCRC) is an integral part of Urology Specialists P.C. We are a group of seven providers, all of whom are actively involved in research. Our practice has been a major presence in Connecticut for 70 years and CCRC has been active for 15 years.

The Medical Director of Connecticut Clinical Research Center, Robert A. Feldman, MD, is a board-certified urologist who has been practicing medicine since 1974. In 1992, Dr. Feldman founded Connecticut Clinical Research Center, which focuses on studies in urology and women's health, as a department of Urology Specialists. The staff at Connecticut Clinical Research Center includes seven dedicated physicians, two midlevel providers, and two study coordinators. One of our coordinators is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator. The other coordinator is well-trained in Research and one is a Certified Phlebotomist. Another essential member of our staff is our recruitment specialist who strives to exceed our recruitment quotas by managing advertisements, reviewing office charts, keeping our community of physicians informed, and updating our staff and patients about exciting new studies. Rounding out our staff are our document specialists/research assistants and two administrative assistants who keep the research process running smoothly. Our entire staff expends great thought and effort to create an efficient, caring, family-friendly approach to clinical research, and we proudly provide comfortable, spacious accommodations for patients and pharmaceutical company representatives. Our staff participates in post-graduate sessions related to clinical research to continue to refine our procedures, and many of the physicians serve as consultants and advisors on advisory boards for medical organizations.
