Radiant Research - St. Louis opened its doors in 1996. Today the center occupies a 3,700 square foot, well-equipped dedicated research facility located in a medical building in close proximity to a large hospital.

Bruce Berwald, MD, Medical Director, Internal Medicine is board certified in Internal Medicine. He has conducted clinical trials in the fields of contraception, diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, insomnia, migraine, sinusitis, smoking cessation, and vaccine.

Anthony J. Margherita, MD, Physiatry, Principal Investigator, is board certified in Psychiatry and by the American Board of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine. He specializes in spine, muscle and pain-related disorders. Dr. Margherita has been listed among the "Best Doctors in America" for the past eight years. He lectures throughout the country, published in numerous articles, and has extensive clinical research experience.

Kevin Miller, MD is Board Certified in Neurology and Psychiatry. Dr. Miller graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut. Dr. Miller completed his Post-Doctoral Clinical And Research Fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine located in New Haven, Connecticut in the Department of Psychiatry. He currently has a large active practice. Dr Miller has given over 70 presentations on television and on the radio, and quotations in the print media, on a broad range of mental health topics over the last five years with the goal of educating the public and increasing public awareness and acceptance of mental health issues. He has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals. Over the past few years, Dr. Miller has performed numerous studies in the following areas: anxiety, depression, panic disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia and social phobia.

Donald Sislen, MD is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Sislen received his medical degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. He is an Instructor at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center-The Internal Medicine Residency Program in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Sislen has conducted numerous studies over a variety of areas including: dementia, diabetes, female sexual dysfunction, gout, irritable bowel syndrome, lipids, migraine, nocturia, premature ejaculation, obesity, and vaccines.

The center also employs research services of investigators specializing in Endocrinology and Pediatric.

The center employs seven highly qualified clinical research coordinators with a total of over 65 years of experience in clinical research. Four of the coordinators are CCRCs.
