In April ’99, DiscoveResearch began conducting clinical trials in Beaumont. Founder and Director of Operations, Matt Bullock, started his career in Pharmaceutical R&D in 1988, after obtaining a BS Degree from Texas A&M University. Having coordinated studies for two years under the direction of a seasoned physician investigator, Mr. Bullock co-founded VIP Research in 1990, a dedicated, multi-therapeutic clinical trial center located in Bryan-College Station, Texas. After serving as Director of Clinical Operations through 1994, Mr. Bullock made the transition into industry. Since 1994, Mr. Bullock has garnered an outstanding reputation as a CRA Consultant; fulfilling study monitoring and site management duties while assembling field staff to provide contract CRA services.
