Odyssey Research, a Trial Management Organization, was founded in Bismarck, North Dakota, in 1999, to provide research opportunities to independent physician investigators and patients in community-based settings. The Bismarck office serves as the headquarters for Odyssey Research and provides a centralized hub for operations, contracts, regulatory and IRB document submission, and accounting. As one of the largest Trial Management Organizations in the United States, Odyssey Research provides the infrastructure and management of Phase II, III, and IV clinical trials with nearly all of the major pharmaceutical companies and CROs.
