PharmaTrials, Inc. is a Site Management Organization (SMO) providing site identification, study placement, coordination and management of clinical trials for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and Contract Research Organizations (CRO’s). PharmaTrials conducts trials in multi-specialties (specified below), primarily focusing in Phase II – IV outpatient studies. PharmaTrials also has affiliation with St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center (Paterson, NJ) to allow for conducting inpatient trials as well.

PharmaTrials has its headquarters in Hillsborough, NJ and an office in Brooklyn, NY that covers the entire NYC metropolitan area. There also is a facility in Warsaw, Poland for conducting international clinical trials in Eastern European countries. Each location has qualified study coordinators trained in Good Clinical Practices.

PharmaTrials’ six full-time study coordinators and regulatory specialists have over 25 years of combined clinical research experience.

PharmaTrials covers the NYC metropolitan area, having offices in NJ and NYC. Each site draws from patient populations within a 20-mile radius. The populations cover pediatric through senior patients, both outpatient and inpatient sites. PharmaTrials has a contractual arrangement with St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center to provide inpatients for hospital based clinical trials. PharmaTrials has an office in Warsaw, Poland for conducting clinical trials in Eastern European countries.
