SomnoMedics has been providing diagnostic testing and treatment for patients with sleep disorders since 1996. What makes us unique is that we are able to service our patients not only through the sleep testing process but also throughout the treatment process. Since our inception we have grown to ten independent labs throughout Florida. Our cutting edge technology enables us to better serve our patients and their physicians with detailed, accurate and timely information. Other sleep facilities throughout the Southeast have accessed our knowledge and technology through our Management Division.

Facility Description
We are centrally located in Tampa just two blocks away from St. Joseph Hospital which allows us to recruit patients from several nearby counties. We offer hotel like accommodations to make our patients as comfortable as possible and we utilize Alice 5 sleep technology. In addition, we have on site all the necessary equipment and supplies to conduct efficient clinical trials including;
- 12 lead ECG machine
- CLIA certified laboratory
- Centrifuge
- -70 freezer
- Private monitoring areas
- High speed internet access
- EDC experienced coordinator
- Double locked drug closet
Investigator Experience
Dr. Eberto Pineiro is our Principal Investigator at
SomnoMedics.
He is Board Certified in Neurology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Sleep
Disorders Medicine and Clinical Polysomnography. He has been a
Neurologist at Watson Clinic since 1977 and Medical Director of
their Sleep Disorder Center since 1989.
