Center Overview
Midatlantic Cardiovascular Associates is the largest integrated cardiology group practice in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Our seventy-two (72) board-certified cardiologists and four (4) cardiothoracic surgeons practice at 12 geographically dispersed outpatient locations and have active privileges at 15 Baltimore metropolitan area hospitals. In addition, Midatlantic Cardiovascular Associates is a member of a multi-state cardiology network and has extensive managed care experience.
Midatlantic Cardiovascular Associates is committed to the pursuit of clinical research in an effort to bring the latest cardiovascular medical therapy and device technology to our patients. With over 350,000 active patients, we consistently exceed our recruitment goals because we carefully select protocols that are compatible with our patient population and our research philosophy. Using a computerized patient database, we are able to quickly identify potential study candidates by searching specific entry criteria.
