Center Overview
The ICPS Group, (ICPS), an independent investigative organization, has demonstrated excellence in conducting FDA phase II, III and phase IV clinical trials for the pharmaceutical manufacturer industry and a variety of health consortiums. ICPS' network of investigators has experience in designing investigator-initiated clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance studies.The ICPS Group utilizes central IRBs that provide quick approvals and low-costs. Unlike most clinical research practice sites that are limited to the patient base of the investigator, The ICPS Group has developed a network of research associates providing investigators, sub-investigators, and a compilation of potential study subjects from multiple practices far exceeding the patient base of most research facilities. ICPS has the capacity to conduct numerous studies at the same time. ICPS also recruits subjects through internal databases, newsletters, newspaper, radio, direct mail advertising, community education seminars, and health fairs.The ICPS Group maintains a traditional office-based ambulatory patient research center. Additionally, ICPS provides a unique service with its ability to provide clinical trial services directly to patients at their home or where they live throughout the continuum of care including nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. Our research team and all of its equipment can travel to the patient, which is sometimes necessary for patients that have difficulty leaving home because of their illness. The ICPS Group assures all clinical trial sponsors robust patient enrollment, exacting documentation and clinical expertise. Our mission is to conduct all our clinical trials to the highest standards of ethics, professionalism and adherence to the current FDA regulations governing clinical research. Facility Description
Our site is located in Norwood, southwest of Boston in a private medical center. We are 5 miles off of Route 128. Our facility has access to a peripheral dexa-scan, EKG machine, on site phlebotomist, lab processing and a minus 20 degrees blood freezer. We have a secure drug storage area, exam room, onsite storage for document retention. We provide an area for visiting study monitors and we provide high speed Internet access (cable & wireless), a copy machine, printer, and fax machine.We are in very close proximity to a local hospital where X-Rays are available. We have contractual arrangements with brain imaging centers and have MRI, SPEC & PET scan capabilities. ICPS maintains mobile research capabilities for patient populations unable to leave home, or who reside in nursing homes or other health care facilities.

Patient Demographics
Our patient population consists of a wide diverse ethnicity. Patients enrolled in our past and current trials reside throughout the entire New England area, however, most are from within seventy-five miles of our center. Our patient groups consist of primarily the geriatric population living in the community and throughout the continuum of care.
