Center Overview
Neuro-Pain Medical Center is an institution involved in caring for general neurology and pain disorders. We have a large patient database of patients with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis, Epilepsy, Peripheral neuropathy and Stroke.
Pain management consists of Neck and Back pain, Headaches, Migraine, leg pains Neuropathy, Neuralgias, and Restless leg syndrome.

Clinical Research Experience
We have completed trials involving epilepsy, neuropathy and migraine.
Presently involved with trial on fibromyalgia as outpatient basis and stroke in hospital patients.

Facility Description
Facility is located on northern part of Fresno close to a major hospital. We have EEG, EMG and TCD in our office, centrifuge and ECG machine are also present. Medicines for research and records are stored in locked cupboard and room. Monitors can come and have sit in private room with fax and computer access. DSL is present for on line forms.
Experienced research coordinator conducts trials.

Investigator Experience
Investigator is Board Certified General Neurologist and with sub interest in Stroke and Pain management. We have conducted 3 trial and are involved with one as out patient and one as in patient. Investigators area of expertise is general neurology and pain management

Staff Expertise
Mandeep Bhatia-dedicated research coordinator, who is a physician ( MBBS from India) and knows all terminology. She is a certified research co-ordinator and assisted in all above trials.

Patient Demographics
We have almost 10000, office patient database and good referral base. Patients all mainly aged 18-80, and mostly caucasians and hispanics.

Other Information
We use central IRB. Only for hospital based inpatient study we have to use local IRB.
