Center Overview
Mark Fisher, M.D. F.A.C.R. is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology and has been in the private practice of internal medicine and rheumatology for the past 25 years.
Dr. Fisher has been personally involved in both phase 3 and phase 4 clinical studies involving various immune and NSAID therapies as well as GI tolerability studies, pain studies, and sleep management studies over the past 15 years. He has a large patient base from whom he can draw and has a dedicated staff a certified clinical coordinator to conduct such studies in the future.
Our areas of interest include studies involving rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, GI disease, hypertension, COPD, bronchitis, asthma. This medical center has been dedicated to the diagnosis and management of patients with various rheumatic diseases and has been actively involved in clinical research for the above listed conditions.

Clinical Research Experience
Mark Fisher MD opened his private practice in 1978, specializing in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine.
He became involved in Clinical Research as a Principal Investigator approximately fifteen years ago, and works with other physicians who specialize in several different therapeutic areas.
Dr. Fisher has a full time dedicated staff to help him oversee his private practice as well as his Clinical Research facility.

Staff Expertise
Our full time study coordinator is Jill Stubbs. She has over eight years experience in all therapeutic areas of Internal medicine. She is certified by ACRP, Association Clinical Research Professionals.

Patient Demographics
Our research site patients are primarily recruited through our large data base from our private practice. We have a wide range of patient population with age, race, and gender. We also receive physician referrals from our sub investigators.

Other Information
Our site uses a central IRB and has worked with several different ones over the years. We have a local lab that we can use when necessary although all blood draws and some testing are done on site. We do all of our regulatory and qa on site as well.
