OU Medical Center, the new name of Oklahoma City's largest and most diverse hospital system features a winning team of world-class academic and private physicians, nurses and health care specialists. The specialists at OUMC have a reputation for excellence from Dr. Roxie Albrecht, Director of Trauma and Surgical Critical Care, and her trauma team managing Oklahoma's only Level One Trauma Center to Dr. Russell Postier's expertise in complex pancreatic surgeries.
OU Medical Center is perfectly located for regional access. In fact, the center is situated in one of the best hospital locations in Oklahoma. It is in the geographic center of the state, Oklahoma City, and sits at the crossroads of Interstates I-40, I-35 and I-44 with close proximity to the airport. In addition, it is located on the campus of the Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, the largest concentration of medical education and research care in Oklahoma.
Some features of our physical office are: large separate work space to accommodate study monitors with dedicated phone lines along with copy and fax machine; newly renovated research floor in March of 2004; and easily accessible and adjoining covered parking.
