Dermatology Specialists, Inc. is a six-physician practice with five offices in San Diego County & Riverside County. All our partners are board certified and have been practicing dermatology for 5-31 years.

Our group has been conducting clinical studies for over ten years. We are currently involved in various studies including "biologics". There are several factors that make our group valuable to you for clinical studies:

High volume practice:
We currently see approximately 50,000 patients per year. We are one of the two largest dermatology groups in San Diego, and our practice continues to grow.

Computerized diagnoses on patients:
We can generate a list of all patients with a particular diagnosis from our computer bank of 150,000 patients.

IRB flexibility:
Because we are a private practice, we can use one of several IRBs with whom we have worked or one of your own choosing.

On-site clinical trials coordinators:
We have a clinical trials coordinator on site full time.

We see many clinical indications including atopic dermatitis, eczema, seborrhea, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, common warts, genital warts, herpes simplex, herpes zoster, alopecia, actinic or solar keratosis, acne, adult acne rosacea, impetigo, leg ulcers and scars. We also see skin cancers including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma.

Our Skin Saver center offers numerous medically supervised cosmetic services. There is transportation close to the office locations.
